My Cozy Christmas Kitchen Decorations with a Vintage Touch

Sharing is caring!

Welcome to my Vintage Christmas Kitchen Decorations post on the Holiday Blog Hop!  I am so excited you stopped by!  If you came over from one of my blogging friends then welcome to At Lane and High!  Don’t forget to check out all the amazing bloggers, they are all linked at the bottom of the post.

I don’t typically decorate my kitchen for the holidays but I have been so inspired by others that I wanted to give it a go. I added lots of vintage touches and couldn’t be happier with it!

Not only did I decide to decorate my kitchen but I chose a red and white theme, which you will probably see a lot of throughout my home this Holiday season.

I have included the kitchen as well as my Coffee Bar in my Breakfast nook which I created in the  $100 Room Challenge last year.  Let’s get started!

Christmas Kitchen Decorations

I wanted to use a red and white theme and as I started going through what I had I really started feeling a vintage vibe going on.  So I totally went with it!

The sign hanging above my stove is metal and I picked it up from Kirklands. The dishtowels came from Home Goods.

The Merry Everything Sign above my stove and the red touches on the cutting boards for my Christmas Kitchen Decorations.

I picked up this white crock from the clearance section at Kirkland’s and added wooden spoons and some red spatulas. The ribbon I used on the cutting boards and pot is a red and white ticking to bring in the farmhouse touch.

I actually did a lot of DIY on that tray.  I got it and the house and tree at the Target dollar spot, took the handles off the tray, and spray painted them and the reindeer silver since they were gold.  There is absolutely no gold in my kitchen.  I also stained the tray since it came unfinished, I wanted it to match the coffee bar.

I love this little wreath. It’s a Christmas Buckeye wreath, I am an Ohio State Alum so its just perfect for me and my family.

Paper straws are such a good addition to decor, you can find them in just about every different color you can imagine.

All of those candles there were passed down to us from my Mother in Law.  Apparently, they were her Mothers.  The prices on the bottom are 39cents and 49cents.  Can you believe that!  Wish we had prices like that still!!!!

I love all of your red and white décor, it looks great! I have several trays and vignettes, but I didn't think to add lights to the tray. I might have to do that, because, you can never have too many twinkle lights, right! Thanks for sharing. Happy to be on this blog hop with you! Laura
