Cut your plywood the size you want for the bench and start attaching the legs.

Once the legs are on measure, cut and pre drill for the braces.

Attach the braces to the plywood and the legs.

Paint the base white.

Add foam using spray adhesive.

Add batting and fabric then flip it over. Attach with staple gun starting in the center of each side.

Staple the corners like you would wrap a present.
