I have created this DIY Home Binder so you can keep track of everything in your home!

When was the last time you changed your furnace filters? Right, I know. You can’t remember. Or maybe you have a spot you write it down but what about paint colors? Do you know which room is in which color? Or what you should be doing this month to maintain your home to prevent disaster down the road? These are all things I have put in my DIY Home Binder.

What is a DIY Home Binder you ask? It’s a printable that you can put into a binder that has everything you need to keep track of everything in your home. From paint colors to when to fertilize your yard and everything in between.

Home Maintenance Checklists

I love my home and I love working on my home but sometimes things can get forgotten. So I created seasonal checklists as well as monthly home checklists so you can make sure everything gets taken care of.

We all know that preventative care keeps us healthy with our bodies well the same thing rings true for our homes. If you keep your home well maintained then you should have far fewer major problems in the future.

Appliances and Home Warranty Tracker

Do you remember when you purchased your washer and dryer? Time goes by and it’s really easy to forget these things. What’s really important to know is when the warranties run out.

This appliance and home warranty tracker will keep track of all of this for you.

Home Maintenance Logs

If you have something serviced it’s important to keep track of that date and what was done. That way you know when you should get it serviced again.

For example, I typically like to get my HVAC system serviced once every two years but it’s hard to remember the last time that was done. But with my new home maintenance log all I need to do is write it down and I can remember the next time it needs to be done!

Calendar to plan everything out

I love to keep track of everything on a calendar. I am old school and like the pencil paper thing. So I included a monthly calendar to keep everything organized and you can plan out those amazing projects!

Other bonuses

Last but not least I have included a home paint tracker so you can keep track of what paint color is in what room. You can also write in what the paint sheen is so if you need to get some touch-up paint you know exactly what to buy.

Now, these printables can be printed from any home printer. They are in color but you don’t need a color printer to print them, black and white is just fine.
